Boys & Girls Clubs . . .

... are located in dedicated youth facilities.

The Boys & Girls Club is a place -- an actual neighborhood-based building -- designed solely for youth programs and activities.

... are open when kids need them most.

The Clubs are open after school and during the summer -- when kids have free time and need positive, productive outlets.
  

... are staffed by full and part-time paid professionals.

Every Club is directed by trained youth development professionals who act as role models and mentors to members. Volunteers provide key supplemental support.
  

... are open, accessible and affordable to all.

For a small annual fee, any child between the ages of 6 and 18 can become a member.  Fees will vary depending on club site. contact your local club for current fees.

What time are you open?

 

During School Year:

 

The Greeley Clubs (Painter & Pawl)  

Doors open after the school day ends and stay open until 8:00pm 

Two Rivers Club:  Milliken/Johnstown

Open Monday thru Friday 3:15 to 7:00pm

Open During the School Year 

Galeton Club:
Open Monday thru Friday 3:30 to 7:00pm
Open During the School Year.

 

 

Summer Hours: 

 

The Greeley Clubs (Painter & Pawl)

Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

What is there to do?

The clubs provide a variety of activities. These activities include homework help, fine arts, performing arts, sports, fitness, career exploration, computer activities, and teen programs. The list and type of activities changes often, contact your local club for further details.

Can I play sports? 

Sports offered by the Greeley clubs include basketball, football, wrestling, baseball, softball. 

Football is offered to club members' ages 8 to 12. 

Basketball is offered to club members aged 8 to 14. 

Baseball is offered to members ages 6-12.

How much does it cost?

Boys and Girls Clubs of Weld County membership dues vary from club to club. Membership fees are based on a one year membership fee of $10.  All activities associated with the Clubs are included in your $10 membership fee.  This included team sports as long as members are considered "in good standing."  This means they attend the Clubs on a regular basis.

Why would I want to join?

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Weld County provides a safe place to learn and grow. The Clubs offer life enhancing programs, allow character development, produce ongoing relationships with peers as well as caring adult professionals.

How many members and do you have?

The Clubs can serve up to 400 youth each day.

How can I help?

Individuals and groups can help the Boys and Girls clubs of Weld County in many different ways. 

 

    Volunteer

Volunteers are needed for homework help, tutoring, the arts, dance, and many other areas.

   Coach

Coaches are needed for all sports.  Football, baseball, basketball, softball and other sports.

 

    Donate

Donations can include school supplies, arts supplies, cooking supplies, sports equipment, library books, educational materials, and cash donations.
