Growing Futures inspires women to become involved with Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County by volunteering, engaging, and funding the organization. As BGCWC’s women’s giving society, Growing Futures is a group of passionate female volunteers who desire to support and advocate for Boys & Girls Clubs youth. Growing Futures connects Weld County women from different circles to empower each other and make a difference in this community. As BGCWC’s women’s giving circle, Growing Futures is a group of passionate female volunteers who desire to support and advocate for Boys & Girls Clubs youth. Growing Futures connects Weld County women from different circles to empower each other and make a difference in this community.

We want the young women in our community to succeed in life…to go beyond what we’ve achieved to places we can’t yet imagine. And with the tools, resources, connections, and encouragement they have access to through Boys & Girls Clubs, our hope is likely within reason. At BGCWC, we give girls the vision and motivation to achieve great futures.

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

Education Committee

The Education Committee offers various opportunities for Growing Futures Members to engage with Boys & Girls Clubs youth and directly see the impact of their financial support through mentorship opportunities.

Partnership Committee

The Partnership Committee works to recruit new Growing Futures partners and to ensure current partners feel connected and engaged throughout the year.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee will ensure ongoing success of the Growing Futures Group by developing annual plans, distributing information to partners, and working with staff.
