Calf Auction 2024 Recap

Calf Auction 2024 was an incredible success, and it's all thanks to your amazing support! Calf Auction looked a little different this year, beginning with a new venue. The event kicked off at Island Grove Regional Park, and began later than in years past. Traditionally held on Sunday mornings, we spiced things up this year by moving the event to Saturday night. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us!

Our evening kicked off with an open bar, providing a fantastic opportunity for our community to mingle and explore our exciting silent auction items. Guests enjoyed a free dinner featuring prime rib and pies for dessert, graciously donated by our friends at Village Inn. 

While our live calf auction transitioned to a virtual format this year, we still had the opportunity to meet each calf and springer through a video feed. We also introduced a whiskey draw, giving attendees the chance to purchase one ticket for $25 or five for $100 to win a premium bottle of whiskey. The response was overwhelming as tickets and bottles sold out!
