As an organization dedicated to the well-being and success of the youth in our community, Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is committed to hiring and retaining exceptional staff members who embody our mission. We believe that it is important to recognize and reward staff members who consistently go above and beyond in their roles to make a positive impact on the children and families we serve. That's why we have a special tradition of selecting a staff member of the month.
Our staff of the month is chosen by our administrative team based on their outstanding contributions to the Club. This special recognition is given to a staff member who consistently demonstrates our mission of inspiring & enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
When a staff member is selected as staff of the month, they receive a $100 bonus and some awesome Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County swag. This is our way of showing our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to our mission.
We are grateful for all of our hardworking staff members and believe that their dedication and commitment are what make Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County such a special place.

We are happy to share that our staff of the month for February is Patricia Salazar!
Patricia has been an invaluable member of our team for 12 months, and during her time here, she has truly gone above and beyond to ensure that our Club runs smoothly and effectively.
Patricia has helped with numerous tasks around the Fort Lupton clubhouse, including running the front desk, overseeing the transportation, and managing programs.
Her hard work, dedication, and friendly attitude have significantly impacted our members and the organization as a whole.
We are grateful for everything Patricia has done for us and are proud to recognize her as our staff of the month. Thank you, Patricia, for all your hard work and for being such an essential part of our team. We appreciate you!

We are happy to announce Quinn Mcclain as our Staff of the Month for March! Quinn has been doing outstanding work at our Fort Morgan Clubhouse! We are always so impressed with her positive attitude, and passion for making the Club a fun and safe place.
Quinn's enthusiasm for the Club is contagious and it truly makes a difference in the lives of the kids we serve. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and included.
Sergio De La Rosa, Clubhouse Director for Fort Morgan, said to Quinn, "It has been a real pleasure seeing you grow and develop yourself in your role. It's an understatement saying that we couldn't do what we do if it wasn't for you! You truly deserve this award! Thank you for being such an important part of our Fort Morgan Family!"
