As an organization dedicated to the well-being and success of the youth in our community, Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is committed to hiring and retaining exceptional staff members who embody our mission. We believe that it is important to recognize and reward staff members who consistently go above and beyond in their roles to make a positive impact on the children and families we serve. That's why we have a special tradition of selecting a staff member of the month.
Our staff of the month is chosen by our administrative team based on their outstanding contributions to the Club. This special recognition is given to a staff member who consistently demonstrates our mission of inspiring & enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
When a staff member is selected as staff of the month, they receive a $100 bonus and some awesome Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County swag. This is our way of showing our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to our mission.
We are grateful for all of our hardworking staff members and believe that their dedication and commitment are what make Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County such a special place.

We are happy to share that our staff of the month for July is Madison G.! Madison has been tremendously helpful, and has worked her way up to lead staff at the Monfort Clubhouse. She has been a staff member at Monfort since 2022, and has been the most dedicated, hard-working, reliable, most caring employee. We can always count on Madison to be there for the members, the staff and the parents. She truly loves working here and coaching volleyball for the 3rd time. We love Madison!

We are happy to announce Heather H as our Staff of the Month for August! Heather has been a program specialist at the Ft. Lupton Clubhouse for about 8 months now. She is a staff member who her teammates can rely on to literally do it ALL, and she has grown SO much in such a short amount of time. Heather is the Fort Lupton Club's go-to person for transportation, field trips, arts & craft ideas and implementation, as well as club handywoman! Heather's passion for teaching art really shines through to our members and she always does it with a smile on her face despite the challenges that may come. Not to mention her outstanding ability to work as a team player with the other staff members at the Ft. Lupton Clubhouse. Heather is also excited to get a theater club put together at our clubhouse in the near future! It is easy to say that we could not run this clubhouse without her hard work and dedication to changing youths' lives every day!

Jess O is our September Staff of the Month!
Jess has been a part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County since the 2023-2024 school year – specifically our Milliken Clubhouse! She is truly a blessing. Jess is able to handle all of the chaos that is Club with grace, all the while making our members feel heard and welcomed. She is always on top of keeping her Club clean and safe for all members who come through those doors. Milliken couldn't do it without her!
