2nd Quarter Staff of the Month Honorees

As an organization dedicated to the well-being and success of the youth in our community, Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is committed to hiring and retaining exceptional staff members who embody our mission. We believe that it is important to recognize and reward staff members who consistently go above and beyond in their roles to make a positive impact on the children and families we serve. That's why we have a special tradition of selecting a staff member of the month.

Our staff of the month is chosen by our administrative team based on their outstanding contributions to the Club. This special recognition is given to a staff member who consistently demonstrates our mission of inspiring & enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

When a staff member is selected as staff of the month, they receive a $100 bonus and some awesome Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County swag. This is our way of showing our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to our mission.

We are grateful for all of our hardworking staff members and believe that their dedication and commitment are what make Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County such a special place.

April 2025 - Izzy

Congratulations to our April Staff of the Month, Izzy! Izzy is one of the most creative, loving, and outgoing people. If you do not know what to do with your kids, ask Izzy, and he will have a million ideas. He loves doing different art projects with the kids and is always willing to step in to make other activities more fun. When he is not working at our Fort Morgan Clubhouse, he loves to be out in nature and will find absolutely anything to do in his free time. Most of the time, he doesn't care if it is going on a hike or using "scraps" to make one of the coolest art projects ever. Izzy is definitely one of a kind!

May 2025 - Trey

Our May Staff of the Month goes to Trey! Trey has been an incredible team player this summer at the Art Barker Boys & Girls Club. He has not only excelled in his role as an active, engaging part-time staff member at Milliken, but also stepped up to support the Teen Center during a critical time when they were short-staffed and without a Clubhouse Director. Trey's dedication and flexibility truly embody the core values of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County. It's committed individuals like him who help make our summers so successful. Thank you, Trey — we deeply appreciate your hard work and commitment!

June 2025 - Jade

Congratulations, Jade, for being our June Staff of the Month! Jade is a hardworking and determined YDP. Every single day Jade comes in to take on programs and face every difficulty that comes with it. In a time of need, where we struggled at the Pawl Clubhouse, Jade stepped up to make sure club continued to run successfully. Jade takes initiative and understands how to be a team player. She takes on responsibilities that are more than just her job title without looking for the recognition or reward. Jade has became such a wonderful asset to the Pawl team and we can't wait for what the future of the club holds for her.
