Kevin Bell

A lifelong Fort Morgan resident, Kevin brings a deep connection to the community, decades of professional leadership experience, and a longstanding commitment to supporting young people. He has spent the past 27 years with Cargill and currently serves as Plant Controller. Throughout his career, Kevin has held roles across maintenance, engineering, purchasing, and operations, developing a collaborative leadership style centered on accountability, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Kevin’s commitment to youth extends well beyond his professional career. He has coached youth baseball and wrestling and currently coaches middle school girls’ basketball and volleyball. For Kevin, coaching is about more than athletic success—it is an opportunity to help young people build confidence, character, discipline, and teamwork while creating positive experiences that support their growth on and off the court.

Service has remained an important part of Kevin’s life through his involvement with local committees and organizations focused on strengthening the Fort Morgan community. He believes strong communities are built through relationships, service, and people who are willing to give back.

Kevin and his wife, Stacy, have been married for 25 years and share a passion for education, coaching, and mentorship. Together, they have raised three children who have continued the family’s tradition of teaching, coaching, and community involvement.

We are grateful to have Kevin bring his experience, community perspective, and passion for supporting young people to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County Board of Directors. Welcome to the Board, Kevin!
