3rd Quarter Staff of the Month Honorees

Updated: Sep 29

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County, we are deeply committed to the well-being and success of the youth in our community. A key part of fulfilling that mission is hiring and retaining exceptional staff members who embody our values and inspire those around them.

We believe in recognizing and celebrating the individuals who go above and beyond in their roles — those who consistently make a positive impact on the children and families we serve. That’s why we proudly continue our tradition of selecting a Staff Member of the Month.

Each month, our administrative team selects one outstanding staff member based on their contributions to the Club and their demonstration of our mission: to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

As part of this recognition, the selected staff member receives a $100 bonus and some awesome Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County swag — a small token of our appreciation for their hard work, dedication, and heart.

We are incredibly grateful for all of our staff members. Their passion and commitment are what make Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County such a special place for youth to grow, learn, and thrive.
