Dianna Riley

Dianna is a retired educational leader with more than two decades of experience serving students, educators, and families in public education. She most recently served as the K–12 Director of Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction for Greeley/Evans School District 6. In this role, she provided strategic leadership in instructional design, academic assessment, professional development, and continuous improvement, working closely with teachers, principals, and district leadership to support student achievement and equity. Since retiring seven years ago, Dianna has remained deeply engaged in her community, particularly in efforts that support children, families, and lifelong learning. She brings an understanding of educational systems, data-informed decision-making, and collaborative leadership to her service on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Weld County. Dianna believes the mission of the Boys & Girls Club is critically important to the health and future of the community. The organization’s focus on providing safe, supportive environments; positive youth development; academic support; and mentoring aligns closely with her lifelong commitment to helping young people reach their full potential. She is especially passionate about ensuring that all children—regardless of background—have access to opportunities, encouragement, and caring adults who help guide them toward success. Dianna is honored to serve and support the Boys & Girls Club of Weld County and its vital work strengthening youth, families, and communities.

Nate Kvamme

Nate is a business owner, entrepreneur, and healthcare executive with a diverse leadership background. He and his wife became third-generation owners of Cementer’s Inc. in 2017, continuing a family-centered business built on faith, loyalty, stewardship, and service to Northern Colorado. In addition to his work with Cementer’s, Nate spent four years living in Tokyo, Japan, where he led a division of a consumer-packaged goods company, helped launch SkinCheck Skin Cancer Clinics, and later served as an executive and officer of Humana, Inc. While he continues to advise in the healthcare space, Nate and his wife remain deeply focused on their family, their business, and their commitment to Weld County. A graduate of Windsor High School, Nate went on to attend Colorado State University, where he was a four-year starter at linebacker for the Rams. During his career at CSU, he became one of the program’s most accomplished student-athletes, finishing among the school’s all-time leaders in tackles, earning all-conference recognition, receiving Academic All-American honors, and being named the 1999 Western Athletic Conference Student-Athlete of the Year. He was also later recognized on the National Football Foundation Colorado Chapter’s 25th Anniversary Team. As a Northern Colorado native, Nate and his amazing wife are raising their three beautiful and talented daughters, ages 8, 6, and 4, and are excited to invest their time, energy, and heart into the community they love. Nate is honored to serve and support the Boys & Girls Club in Weld County. He is passionate about giving back within the region that helped shape him and supporting young people, strengthening families, and helping create opportunities for the next generation across Weld County.
