Celebrating Community at the 27th Annual Calf Auction

The countdown is on for one of Weld County’s most anticipated community events—the 27th Annual Calf Auction, hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County. Join us on Friday, November 8th, for an evening of celebration, generosity, and impact.

Event Details 

Date: Friday, November 8th 

Time: Doors open at 5:00 PM | Live Auction begins at approximately 7:00 PM 

Location: Island Grove Complex – 4-H Building 

Admission: Free 

Presenting Sponsor: Chevron 



Guests will enjoy a complimentary dinner and cocktails while connecting with friends, families, and fellow supporters. The live auction will feature cattle, agricultural goods, premium meats, and unique items — all benefiting programs that serve youth who need us most.


This year’s event marks the unveiling of a brand-new Calf Auction logo, a fresh and meaningful design that reflects the spirit of this beloved tradition. Special thanks to Calf Auction Committee Members Sarah Baessler and Amanda De Jager for their creativity, collaboration, and dedication in bringing this new look to life. Their work beautifully captures the mission and values of Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County, and we’re excited to share it with the community.


Additionally, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is proud to honor Chuck and Roni Selvester for their outstanding contributions to our community and unwavering support of agriculture and local youth. Their commitment to service and generosity has made a lasting impact, and we are thrilled to recognize them at the 27th Annual Calf Auction.
